Tenivo Beta / Trial Access Rules

These rules govern beta, pilot, and trial access to Tenivo.
1. Nature of access
Beta or trial access is limited, revocable, and intended for evaluation and early operational feedback.
2. Permitted use
Users may evaluate product functionality for internal business purposes within published limits.
3. Prohibited actions
Users must not resell access, bypass technical limits, attempt unauthorized access, or process data unlawfully.
4. Availability
No uptime or support SLA is provided for beta/trial unless expressly agreed in writing.
5. Feedback
Tenivo may request feedback and bug reports to improve the service.
6. Data handling
Data uploaded during beta/trial is subject to Terms, Privacy Policy, and Data Retention Policy.
7. Termination
Tenivo may suspend or terminate beta/trial access for misuse, breach, or program closure.

These rules supplement Terms, Privacy Policy, Free Access Limits, and Data Retention Policy.
