Tenivo Cookie Policy

_Last updated: 2026-04-26_

This Cookie Policy explains how Tenivo uses cookies and similar technologies on the website, what your choices are, and how you can manage your preferences.

1. What are cookies

Cookies are small files stored on your device when you visit a website. They allow the site to function correctly, remember your preferences, and measure how the site is used.

2. Cookie categories

Strictly necessary

These cookies are required for the service to operate. They handle authentication, session security, and form integrity protection. They cannot be disabled through the cookie banner.

Legal basis: ePrivacy exemption for strictly necessary storage; legitimate interest.

Analytics

We may use analytics tools to understand how visitors use the site, measure feature adoption, and improve the product. Analytics cookies track page views, navigation events, and feature interactions, along with technical metadata such as browser type, device class, and approximate location.

Analytics cookies are only enabled after you give explicit consent.

Legal basis: consent.

We do not currently use marketing or advertising cookies.

3. Consent

When you first visit the site, a cookie banner will offer two equal choices:

  • Accept optional — enables analytics.
  • Reject optional — keeps analytics disabled.

You can continue using the service whether you accept or reject optional cookies.

Your consent choice is saved in your browser's local storage and in a browser cookie (`tenivo_cookie_consent`, valid for 12 months) so the banner does not reappear on every visit.

To maintain an auditable consent record, we also log the consent choice and timestamp on our server.

4. Managing your preferences

You can change your cookie preferences at any time using the Cookie Settings control in the website footer. Selecting it reopens the consent banner so you can update your choice.

5. Third-party analytics providers

Depending on configuration, Tenivo may use one or more of the following providers for aggregate analytics:

  • Vercel Web Analytics
  • Plausible
  • PostHog

These are only activated after you consent to analytics cookies.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the service or applicable law. The latest version is always available in the Legal Center.
