Tenivo Free Access Limits

This document defines current free-access limits in the early product stage.
1. Purpose
Free access is provided for product evaluation and early operational use. It is limited, revocable, and subject to fair-use controls.
2. Current enforced limits
As of 2026-04-26, Tenivo enforces:
- up to 3 users per workspace;
- up to 10 contracts per workspace;
- up to 100 obligations per workspace;
- maximum 10 MB per uploaded file (PDF or DOCX).
3. Additional controls
Tenivo may enforce rate limits, anti-abuse controls, temporary restrictions, and suspension for misuse or deliberate circumvention.
4. Exceeding limits
When limits are exceeded, Tenivo may block new actions, require cleanup, or apply access restrictions.
5. Changes
Limits may change as product and commercial terms evolve. Material changes may be announced in product, via website updates, or by email.
