Tenivo Subprocessors

This page lists key third-party service providers that may process customer or personal data to deliver Tenivo.
1. Infrastructure and storage
- Vercel (application hosting/runtime)
- Neon (Postgres database hosting)
- Vercel Blob (file/object storage)
2. Authentication and email
- Google OAuth (optional social sign-in)
- Google / Gmail SMTP (transactional email delivery when configured)
2.1 Security and abuse prevention
- Cloudflare Turnstile (human verification and anti-abuse checks on legal request forms)
3. Analytics (optional, consent-based)
- Vercel Web Analytics
- Plausible
- PostHog
Analytics tools are activated only after optional analytics consent.
4. AI processing
- Anthropic (contract metadata/obligation extraction when enabled)
5. Transfer safeguards
Some providers may process data outside the EEA. Where required, Tenivo uses contractual and technical safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. Updates
This list may be updated when providers are added, replaced, or removed.
