Consent to Optional Data Processing

This document explains consent-based processing used by Tenivo.

Tenivo does not rely on consent for core account and workspace operations required to provide the service. Core processing is governed by contract, legitimate interests, and legal obligations as described in the Privacy Policy.

1. What this consent covers

Consent is requested only for optional processing where consent is the legal basis, including:

  • optional analytics cookies and similar analytics tracking;
  • optional marketing communications (if and when enabled in product).

When requested, consent is:

  • specific to optional processing;
  • freely given and revocable;
  • separate from access to core service functionality.

4. Withdrawal

You can withdraw consent at any time through cookie settings (for analytics cookies) or by contacting info@tenivo.net.

Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.

5. Retention of consent evidence

Tenivo stores consent event records (choice, timestamp, source metadata) to demonstrate compliance.

6. Rights

Where applicable, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or objection, and may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
