Tenivo Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to and use of Tenivo. By creating an account, accepting an invitation, or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service provider
Tenivo is currently operated by Vladimir Bogomolov as an individual from Prague, Czech Republic.
2. Product stage and commercial terms
Tenivo is currently offered in an early access stage.
Any public pricing examples, plan labels, or feature tiers are informational unless and until confirmed in a separate commercial agreement or explicit in-product billing terms.
We may change pricing, limits, and feature availability as the product evolves.
3. Eligibility and accounts
The service is intended for business and professional use. You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.
4. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, violate applicable law, or upload content you are not authorized to process.
5. Customer content
You retain ownership of uploaded content. You grant Tenivo a limited right to host, process, and display content solely to provide and support the service.
6. Availability and changes
The service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued, including during early access.
7. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by law.
AI-Generated Content: Tenivo uses AI-assisted processing to extract and analyze contract content. AI-generated outputs (contract fields, extracted obligations, metadata) may be incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading. AI outputs are not legal advice and must be reviewed and validated by authorized personnel before operational or legal reliance. Tenivo does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any AI-extracted content.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tenivo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability is limited to EUR 100 or amounts paid in the prior 12 months, whichever is greater.
Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Privacy and cookies
Use of Tenivo is subject to the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
10. Data Processing Agreement
Where Tenivo processes customer personal data as a processor, a DPA is available on request. Contact info@tenivo.net.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via website, in-product notice, or email.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Czech law, except where mandatory law requires otherwise. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Prague, Czech Republic, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
